This episode, we are joined by Foundation 45. It was created in honor of two of the the three founding members of the incredible band Spectre 45 who committed suicide.

We’re joined by Lauren O’Connor, Peter Thomas PH.D, and Jen Sturges. They share their experiences with suicide, misconceptions, warning signs, and how Foundation 45 is making a difference.
